Captures not appearing on Smartglass App

    Captures not appearing on Smartglass App


    Strting since this weekend, my captures have not been appearing on the Smartglass App. I have refreshed, restarted the app, and even restarted my phone to fix it. I can see them form my posts (like "Cortie88 has created a capture") and from messages to friends.
    They still appear on the Xbox console itself though. Any ideas?

    Half my captures are not showing

    Why is it that on the actual console, smartglass or the Xbox One Windows 10 app, over half my captures are missing, yet a third party website seems to find all of them.

    Ah ok, thanks for the answer bro.

    Did a google search on the issue but couldn't really find anything. Bit annoying but at least I know it's not me.

    Hey Cortie888! Are you unable to see game clips and screenshots or just game clips? Additionally, try signing out in the settings menu and sign back in and see if that helps. Post back and let me know!

    CANT REMOVE OR ADD FRIENDS

    Im having the same issue where it shows i can add friends via the smartglass app and on the website but they dont appear on the pending list on both the smartglass app or on the 360 friends list. Please fix this.
