    Captures Created on PC not showing up in iOS XBOX app


    I created and uploaded captures 3 hours ago and they still have not shown up in the iOS app. I've restarted that app several times and rebooted my phone. Still nothing.

    iPhone 6S, iOS 10.2

    Game DVR clips recording and showing up on console, not viewable on my phone app (iOS).

    Xbox iOS app crashes when Network Extension API enabled

    If iOS device has app using Network Extension APIs enabled, Xbox app will crash immediately on launch. Unable to capture any useful information in iOS device log (only app started then terminated in a second) nor do I notice any crash log.

    We are looking into some issues with the Xbox App on iOS currently but not this specific issue. Are these same clips showing up other places? Like on xbox.com or in your activity feed on the console? Do you have any other issues with the app?

    No worries! Is is just these specific captures that aren't showing up or can you not create any captures? Have you updated to the latest OS on the Xbox One by going to Settings>All Settings>System>Console info and Update?

    Essentially none of my captures are showing up anywhere. I can create captures just fine. They just don't sync anywhere else. I have the latest Beta Channel release on the XBOX One S.

    forums     and/or by reporting the bug in the app on your console so that they can investigate further what could be causing this to happen.
