Captures are uploaded to Xbox Network, but they aren't there?

So for the longest time this has worked fine for me. I just captured a clip or screenshot and it would upload to my console and Xbox Network. But for some reason it has stopped just now. The Xbox says it finished uploading my clip, I get a notification via the mobile app and it even shows a thumb of that clip.

But when I select it in the app it says "oops, looks like you're stranded." and when I check my captures on the console they show, but when I select Xbox network it doesn't show it. I've rebooted the console, logged out and in again, nope. When I check what the storage percentage is for Xbox Network it says 40%, so that can't be it either.

I am out of ideas.

Besides contacting etc.

Is there any way to fix it? I’ve tried everything suggested and there’s no fix.. please help 🙏

That most likely be the cause of the issue. Hopefully a fix will be rolled out very soon. Thank you for your understanding.

Yeah that has to be it, since in the morning and all previous days/weeks it worked fine. I tried it one more time yesterday on Xbox. As soon as it said it had been uploaded to the Xbox network I held the guide button to show it and it said something went wrong.

I will send them a but report, hopefully they fix it. I would jump into chat support too, but ever since they stopped having actual MS employees for that it hasn't been the same. Used to be so good.

I just saw a thread on Reddit and people are having the same problem.

Also, I saw this tweet. It seems they have stopped uploading captures altogether? Sounds like something they hopefully fix soon. I sent a bug report, so I've done all I can now.
