    I have a xbox series x. Whilst the capture button is an amazing idea, I find that quite often the 30 second videos that I'm trying to record don't always appear on the xbox mobile app. And also the app doesn't always load my pictures and videos up. Even tho on the console they are there. This problem was far worse with the xbox one x.

    Go to the App Store, or Google Play and download the Xbox app. You can then upload your game captures to Xbox Live, then use the mobile Xbox App to download your captures after they're uploaded to Xbox Live. You can also click on the share options for
    your captures and upload them to Onedrive and use the mobile Onedrive App to download to your phone.

    Instead of going through the hassle of downloading files through a mobile app and emailing it, the most convenient method would be to plug in an USB device to your console, and have the console prepare it for capturing.

    For existing clips, you can use Upload Studio on the console to upload your clip(s) to OneDrive, and then downloading them to your Mac through the OneDrive website.

    Hi there, all people in mobile devices have this problem, Xbox app in New version of Xbox app for mobiles not supported sending captures, I recommend if you want you can install a old version of Xbox app, and install Xbox app beta, so then you have new and old versions

    I believe you can download native captures from Console that are uploaded to Xbox Live via the Xbox app on mobile.

    Edit: Just checked, and if it's uploaded to Xbox Live you can go to the mobile Xbox App and then click "Captures" select the capture you want to download, click the "Share" button and it has an option to "Save" in there that will download it locally.
