    Capture won't upload.


    When I try to upload a capture, it tells me it's queued for upload, despite nothing else being there. It eventually says capture uploaded, but when I try to share it it asks me to upload it, leading to a repeating cycle. It says a problem occurred, and won't actually upload the capture. How do I fix this?

    Thank you for the update and I apologize for the trouble. This started yesterday, there are multiple reports in regards to the same issue, what we can do now is to report this to Microsoft in that way they can be aware of and deploy an immediate fix.

    Hey, thanks for trying to help. Unfortunately, that didn't work. Here's some more info to try to help, by the way.

    • Console is Series S
    • This has been an issue I've had for a while, and it's gotten worse over time. There used to be ways that I could get around the issue, such as trimming a video to the same length, essentially making a copy and that would load, but these loopholes have been "patched" somehow.

    This isn't a bug that started yesterday. I've had the issue for a while, but it wasn't an actual problem until yesterday. Though the issue others may be having might be similar, either this happened early in mine, or it's a different problem. I will report the issue, however I doubt it's the same issue everyone else is having, especially if they just started having problems yesterday.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    Just a friendly reminder though that there are multiple reports in regards to the same issue, however, there are no official announcements from Microsoft which means that we can just perform troubleshooting steps such as extended powercycle and resetting your network hardware by following the steps below:

    " 1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

    2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

    3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state."
