    Been having this issue with capturing. I saw a thread on this but was a little old. Saw and have done all suggestions. Still will only capture 15 secs with no sound. This is only happening with Cod MW so don't know if its a game thing or a combo of the
    game and microsoft?. Or perhaps my console is too old..

    Literally does not work. Mine has been doing this for 4 months and when i contact activision they say its xbox problem and when i contact xbox they say its activision. It’s just a bunch of dummies that cant seem to fix anything when its clearly just this

    I have the same problem.
    For 30s of capture I have between 15 and 20s effective and sometimes without sound. Once in 5 I have the 30s ... On my other games I have no problem. Is there a compatibility problem with this game? (COD MW 2019)

    Sorry to hear you're having issues. What do you mean by "Reset my capture settings"?

    Have you tried all of the following?

    • Hard resetting the console [try the instructions under Disconnect and reconnect your console's power cable]
    • Turning off Game DVR
      • Turn off Game DVR
      • Restart Console
      • Turn Game DVR back on
    • Change recording resolution from 720p to 1080p or vice versa
      • Try a recording then switch back to your desired settings

    The other day I did a full factory reset for a different reason and it seems to have fixed this but I would use that as a last resort
