Capture Caption Issues

Discus and support Capture Caption Issues in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I am sick of having to re-enter captions on the Manage Captures section as well as my feed; I have to type in everything twice.     Capture Caption Issues


    I am sick of having to re-enter captions on the Manage Captures section as well as my feed; I have to type in everything twice. Also I cannot edit captions, when I do the previous one comes back within minutes.

    These are basic issues but extremely annoying, please fix them.

    Game capture issues

    Hello everyone.

    So, I am a HUGE fan of recording my clips on my Xbox One. Recently, my clips became full and I was no longer able to record them. So, because I'm playing a new game right now, I decided to delete all of the clips from xbox live and from my hard drive,
    but when I double tap the Xbox button it doesn't give me the option to record or take a screenshot anymore. I am wondering if anybody has any ideas on how I could get this figured out? It would be much appreciated!

    Can't turn off closed captions

    Okay I think I found a fix. Go into the Youtube App in Xbox 360 and find a video with closed captions. I just searched "closed caption" and chose the first video. Closed captions automatically came on, so I pressed "A" and went to "CC" on the option bar
    and clicked to turn captions off.

    Went into Gamecenter Live and the captions were gone!

    Hey Hosts of Heaven?

    If your on the preview program please open the app on your console and report a problem, not on the previous program then I recommend factory defaulting your console, all your game data etc etc etc are saved in the cloud so you won't lose anything but you'll
    need to reinstall all your games and DLCs etc etc etc

    Actually I fixed it by posting a comment and then deleting that comment. It sort of refreshed the capture I guess.

    Actually I fixed it by posting a comment and then deleting that comment. It sort of refreshed the capture I guess.

    Hey BlazedWithPower,

    Do you perhaps have captions turned on, on your TV? Please check that out, this sort of issue usually occurs when captions are either defaulted on by the TV.

    Netflix subtitles always on

    Go to settings on xbox one. Select closed captioning and set to "closed caption off". I think it was on by default this is system wide setting affects all apps. This will sort your issue.
