Discus and support Captions on community posts are not saving. in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Every time I add a caption to either a clip or screenshot, it usually shows up for a bit, but when I check back later, the captions seem to delete...     Captions on community posts are not saving.


    Every time I add a caption to either a clip or screenshot, it usually shows up for a bit, but when I check back later, the captions seem to delete themselves. Im not sure what the proper channel to report a bug is. However, making this post seems to be my
    best outlet.

    captions are constantly on

    I did a factory rest on the Xbox one and it made it even worse. With the closed caption off in the Xbox settings, the closed caption are now twice as big and yellow. Kind of makes it a pain to watch.

    captions are constantly on

    originally i had to go into my settings everyday and turn off the closed captions but now they are constantly on even after turning them off in the options

    I'm in full agreement. I always see these account on the community posts for games. 1000s of likes and comments on 2 second videos of nonsense with the caption "add me! Girl gamer! (18 heart emojis)".

    Go to Settings > Console Settings > Display > Closed Captioning > Choose Off > Select Save and Exit.

    Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums! Just to clarify, when you are talking about audio descriptions, are you referring to Closed Captioning? If so, I would try viewing the Support article for

    Closed Captioning     to see if we can resolve the issue.
