    Caps lock


    Hi. My Xbox one password box seems to have caps lock stuck on. I've tried to unlock and lock multiple times but it's still saying it on. I'm now getting feed up as I haven't been able to use the Xbox. Can you give me a hint on what I can do please
    before I throw away all the controllers

    THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH CAPS LOCK IM WITH HIM, THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT SO DONT GO BLAMING HIM I USE CAPS LOCK ALL THE TIMEAND MIKESPETUNICORN U HAVE CAPS IN YOUR GAMERTAG SO DONT COMPLAIN

    Caps lock

    Sorry to hear it. Please try these steps to see if it helps.

    1. Go to Settings

    2. Click on Disc & Blu Ray

    3. Click Persistent Storage and Clear it 3 times

    4. Power cycle the console by holding the power button for 10 seconds until it shuts down

    5. Unplug all cables from the Xbox One console and let it sit for 5 minutes.

    Hopefully this will fix the issue for you.
