    Caps lock needs to double press


    Hi

    My caps lock is needing to double press in order to toggle. This is on my xbox and it is pretty annoying. It has happened only today and was perfectly fin yesterday with no damage done to my keyboard meaning it may be a system issue in which it may register it after a double press. If anyone has this and has fixed it, help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Kindly perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    ​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    If you can also try a different keyboard that would be great to isolate the issue further.

    The "Caps Lock" button is located next to the "A" button.

    Yours is currently locked and may require a 2nd press.

    Thanks for the reply. To enable the cap lock using the controller, try double clicking the L-thumbstick to enable the function.
