Capitals on the onscreen keyboard freezing keyboard

So basically whenever I try to type in any sort of chat or message I am unable to use capital letters as it will freeze the keyboard and I have to return to the dashboard to get rid of it. It happens every single time I use the message function but will
only freeze if i'm trying to use a capital letter. Anyone else having issues with this or know what the problem might be?

keyboard slow down rate cursor

Really like to slow down rate of green square cursor on onscreen keyboard on my Xbox One S whenever I use the control pad's left thumbstick so that I can be more accurate in choosing which key to press. Also when it comes to capital letters, it would be
faster if you stay for 2 seconds on the small letter chosen so that it would become capital, and then returns to small letter once you move off/ along keyboard.

Unable to Keyboard when streaming to windows 10

Got the update today (13/10) and i was only aware when i logged on to stream.

I tried to send a message to a friend and didnt get the onscreen keyboard

I tried to send a message in game and didnt get the onscreen keyboard.

Interactions via the controller and the standard on screen keyboard is fine but any form of laptop keyboard interaction is nil.

Try doing a hard reset on your console. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
Once it is back up and operational test for results.

The problem is that the onscreen keyboard or virtual keyboard will not appear whenever I try to search, enter passwords, or text the virtual keyboard never appears the cursor flashes a few times then stops the controller is completely unresponsive the only responsive button on the controller is the home button in the center of the controller which pulls up an onscreen menu that I still can't navigate because no other buttons on the controller are responsive but like I previously said this is only temporary but as soon as I need to pull up the virtual keyboard it happens all over again my virtual keyboard will not appear onscreen
