    Can't watch video already purchases.


    I rented a movie on Xbox one and went to watch it a second time and got the message " your TV or monitor does not support the copy protection technology required to play this content ". Why is this happening and how can I fix it.

    So you purchased a video to watch on your PC and to watch that video you were required to download an app? Or did you purchase a video to watch on your Xbox one? Can't get them to let you into your PC? I'm sorry but I'm struggling to understand what your

    Xbox Video on Windows 8 Phone or PC

    Xbox Video is not yet available on WP8 (but it was recently announced it will be very soon) and in order to watch from a PC you need Windows 8 or 8.1. Then you just go to the Xbox Video app and the purchase should be sitting there already, ready to be streamed
    or downloaded (whichever is applicable).

    It's great that he likes to make videos, but he can't expect everyone to like to watch them.
