cant watch the movie I rented on xbox video.

I ordered the lego movie and have 5 days+ left on my rental and cannot view it at all. Think it's hd but not sure. the thing says i have 6 days left, and then offers to let me buy it for 19.99 or close,

What device did you you use to rent that movie? I see that you have rented the movie again but I know that you have to watch the movie on the same device that you made the rental on. if you rented it on your laptop you can only watch it on your laptop. If
you purchased a movie you can watch it on any device.



Let me know what you find out and we can move from there.

 

X BOX LIVE MOVIE RENTAL

Hi, I rented a movie on xbox late last night then was going to watch again tonight but cant sign into my account. Can anyone tell me if i will get an extension on my rental ?

When you mentioned you can't view your rental at all on Xbox Video, were you getting any error codes on your console by chance?

Also, if in case you rented The Lego Movie and you started to watch it within the rental period, this would start a 24 hour or 48 hour period of time during which you can watch the movie as many times as you want.
