Can't watch "Nightfall"

So, I purchased MCC digitally. Game, Halo Channel, and NIghtfall downloaded. However, when I try to play the 1st episode of Nightfall, it takes me to the Halo Channel and says I need to buy MCC. I did already! I deleted and reinstalled hallo channel
and Nightfall.

Anyone else having similar issues?

Issues with Halo:nightfall, will not play

Same issue. I've tried everything as well, still can't watch Nightfall. *** me off. Anybody find a solution yet??

Same problem. Was hoping to watch Nightfall this morning.

 

Yes I am too. I have the disc and it scanned the qr code and I still cant watch it. I cant find games to play online either.

 

I'm having the same problem as well. I bought the disc version. If I'm in the game, it takes me to halo channel. If I'm in halo channel, I only have the option to "buy halo", which just takes me back to the game. Yesterday my option was "play halo" instead
of "buy". Very frustrated at the moment.

 

I haven't bought the new collection because I have 4 xbox 360 and have at least 2 copies of all the halo games. I am very disappointed that the only way to watch this is the purchase of a xbox 1 MCC game. Come on Microsoft with stop being so money hungry
and give your loyal fans access. Im sure I will eventually buy an xbox 1 so I can play halo 5. I'm paying 3 online memberships you would think you would at least let us see the video especially since you can see ny my history that I own and play all the current
versions on the 360.

 

had same problem but then remembered i hadn't entered the code i got with the physical copy of the game... scanned it / entered the code and seems to work now... may help you

 

Thanks G String... but I bought a digital copy... no codes included when you buy digital.

Sorry to hear about the Halo Nightfall issue and thank you for bringing this to our attention. I went ahead and moved this thread to the Xbox One Support forums for better visibility. Now, let's try a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can get this issue
sorted.

Please give the following steps a try:

• First, if you have purchased the physical disc copy of Halo: The Master Chief Collection, make sure to redeem the code that came with the game. For more information about redeeming Xbox codes, check out our how
  to redeem an Xbox prepaid code page.
• If you have already redeemed the code or have a digital copy of Halo: The Master Chief Collection, navigate to My games & apps from the homepage of your Xbox One console.
  
• Select the Apps tab and then navigate to the Halo Channel app.
• Press the Menu button and select Manage app.
• Select Uninstall.
• Once the Halo Channel has uninstalled, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds.
  
• Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
• Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
• Power on your console and navigate to My games & apps.
• While in the apps tab, scroll to the right and select The Halo Channel under the section labeled READY TO INSTALL. Select Install.
  
• Once The Halo Channel app has installed, navigate to My Games & apps and select the Halo Channel.
  
• Under the Featured tab, select Play.

Give the suggested a shot and let us know if you are unable to play Halo: Nightfall.

It's now 10pm in the East on 15 November, 2014... You have had a WEEK to solve this problem... Episode 2 premiers on 17 November (aka - MONDAY)... So this is what I'm going to do: you (Microsoft) have until 10pm on 16 November, 2014 (tomorrow night) to
either resolve this issue successfully -OR- email all purchasers (including myself) of The Master Chief Collection Digital Edition a redeemable prepaid code (like the one in the Disc Edition) so that they may watch Halo: Nightfall... If this is not done, then
bright and early Monday morning I am going to call the bank that issued my VISA credit card (it's most probably an unfortunate situation for debit card users) and report the purchase of The Master Chief Collection Digital Edition as a fraudulent transaction
whereby the aforementioned goods and services were not delivered and the merchant of the same refuses to rectify or even satisfactorily acknowledge the situation... At which point I will have my money back by lunchtime (I am a very good customer at my bank)
and I will go purchase a Disc Edition at my local GameStop... I spend hundreds of dollars a month through the xBox LIVE service for games, videos, etc. I expect BETTER SERVICE than this... In fact, I may return my recently purchased xBox ONE over this... There
is no reason to not either issue everyone a code or simply make the videos available through xBox video and give all purchasers of The Digital Edition at least a temporary license until the situation is resolved... Instead, you offer silence and meaningless
platitudes...

Surely xbox live sould sort out a code for those of us that have digital copy I got the bundle of xbox live and it says I have to by halo to watch but I have

 

Got a Refund, buying the disc version today... this is the FIRST AND LAST time I will ever do digital download
