Cant Watch my/friends clip. cant streem games

I have a big problem.. i tryed talk to the support and they couldent help me with this problem. The app tell me to activiate streeming on my console and its already activated. There is this other thing i can't watch my friends clips or mine. The verison
of the app i'm running is 11.11.11004.00000 and i have tryed using the beta verison of the app and there are no diffrent. I hope this infomation will help!

Comm block still after i got unbanned fix this enforcement team

ok i got banned on the 25th to the 8th and im still cant sent messeges and i tried signing in my app which the bann says i cant but if i try twice to watch a game clip it works but i cant send messeges or play one of my games says im blocked from.texting
or chatting so i cant play it so fix this issue enforcement team or refund my money for this flawed system please its irritating that im banned longer than i suppose to be its been 2 days now.

 

Game clip from xbox one , edited with music on pc and bring back to xbox one feed

Hello

I try to get it now over 4hours,how can i edit a xbox one game clip,recorded with game dvr and saved on my one drive,

I give the clip a music and erased the halo game sound

But

After i upload it again on one drive ,i can see it but not in my game dvr (where the save target and file is)

And i cant show it on my feed

I can only watch my edited clip on one drive or in wmp but cant save this ,

(The file is mpg4 and music is a wmv file - maybe an wrong file problem?????)
