    Can't view Xbox One Achievements


    Well the title says it all really, I can't view my achievements on my Xbox One, Xbox website or the Xbox app. I gave them a call to find some solutions, but neither of the solutions they gave me worked. I tried hard reset and deleting my account then putting
    it back in and still nothing then I was told it depends on my internet? That doesn't make sense. If the official staff or whoever can help me with this issue would be greatly appreciated!

    Xbox One achievement error. Code 0x87c40011

    Try reset console, can't view achievement app at Xbox one and not unlocking achievements when done correct task.

    Windows phone achievements unlocked don't show up. Can't view at xbox.com / smartglass as well

    How do you view app achievements?

    I'm going crazy trying to find out how to view app achievements on the Xbox One (like Netflix achievements). I can view them using the True Achievements app on the console, but I want to make a picture my background but can't for the life of me find out
    where to view the achievement picture on Xbox One.

    Does anybody know how?

    I'm now getting the 0x87c40011 error message when launching the Xbox One achievement App... and I also can't view achievements on Xbox.com

    Games on achievements list disappeared

    Still can't see my all achievements on Xbox one or the Xbox app for Android or Xbox.com. The only achievements I can see are recently played games, but none of my old 360 or One games show up on the list. . I can view my achievements fine on the true achievements
    app for Xbox one. I have to boot up an old game for the achievements of that game to show back up. I can view my Xbox 360 achievements on the 360 emulator also.

    As title, suddenly today just encounter this error, can't view achievement at xbox one console, xbox.com and even smartglass, achievement should be unlocked when i do the correct task but not happen. Also achievement won at windows phone not show / update.

    I am getting the same error code on the achievement app on the One. I can't view my achievements on Xbox.com and every achievement I earn on the 360 doesn't add to the overall gamerscore for the game.
