Can't view, send or receive messages. Please assist.

Hello,

For the past month I have been unable to view send or receive messages on my Xbox One Console. Here's what I have done so far.

1. Hard Reset Xbox Console by pressing and holding down the power button.

2. Factory Reset Xbox One console

3. Reset Internet Connection

4. Contact @XboxSupport via twitter.

For step 4. I received minimum aid from Xbox Support below is the entire message conversation for your records:

http://xbx.lv/1ylg26E the console. Then sign back in and let us know if you can send a message? Also, do you know if you have viewed all your messages? ^JL

Got it. Since the proper teams are looking into this here that is not necessary but you can let us know how it goes. Could you also let us know if you are able to send messages from the Xbox app on your mobile device? ^IS

I can't send messages on my mobile device either. Here is a screenshot from my mobile device.

Also here is the new message on my Xbox One console. This occurred after I completely master reset my Xbox One Console and the did a Hard Reset before signing back in with my Xbox account.

I can see my messages on Xbox | Games and Entertainment on All Your Devices I am apart of the Xbox Preview program, which I think entitles me to try out the latest dashboard updates first. This started to occur once I updated my dashboard to the latest version.

Can't send or receive messages

I can't send or receive messages on xb1 or smartglass but can on my 360 tried everything from hard resetting to resetting whole console but still nothing find it very frustrating as I use messages a lot for Fifa pro clubs etc

 

Can't send recieve or view messages

I can't send receive or view any of my messages. I don't know why I can do everything else communication related but this. I'm not banned either or have any parental restrictions. Any help would be appreciated this has been going on for a couple of days

Please be patient it looks like Microsoft are testing a software update right now (released yesterday) with the Xbox Insider community that may fix your messaging problem.

December 3rd: New Preview build available (1610.161201-1900)

 

Now I can't even view my messages on Xbox.com this is starting to make me an unhappy Xbox user. Please assist in resolving this issue as soon as possible. Not being to send, recieve or view messages is terrible and unacceptable for any user of any platform.
