Can't view screenshots of games in Xbox One store

Alright so here's my issue: My Xbox Live account is set up as an adult's account, right? But for whatever reason, I can't view screenshots of games in the Xbox's store. Instead of the screenshots posted with the game, I get this message: "You may not access
this content." I have content restricions set to unrestricted, the parental controls are disabled, it's pretty much free roaming save for having to enter the passkey to buy stuff/sign in.

So does anyone know why this is?

How do I access screenshots from the game?

Simple. You can't view screenshots in Theater.

You can view screenshots at almost any other menu in the game, except the Theater menu. Simply press start, go to "Local Files" and select screenshots. From there, select which screenshot you'd like to view, and press "A" to view it in full screen.

Error code 0x82323993

Xbox One error code 0x82323993 appears when attempting upload to Xbox live's Game DVR. Error persists after having deleted gameclips and screenshots on both Xbox live and the Xbox itself.

It seems to only be limited to gameclips and screenshots from a specific game. Attempts to manage or even view gameclips or screenshots of this game I've already uploaded are met with, "Try again in a bit. We can't upload right now. (0x87c40156)".

Attempts to view the game's captures in general, uploaded by other players, is met with "There are no captures from this game yet. Be the first one to share one!"

It is my belief that the game's DVR services are under maintenance when having these errors.

Please confirm or clarify.

I've got a few ideas to try:

- Remove and re-add your account to your console

- Power cycle the console (by unplugging it from the wall, waiting 10 - 30 seconds, and plugging it back in)

- See if you can view the content on the Microsoft Store on another device (phone, computer, tablet, etc)

Let me know if none of these resolve the issue you are having.

I had my son signed in at the same time even though I was browsing on my account. I signed him out and the screenshots appeared. The game in question was a PEGI 3 though so doesn't make sense.

you are viewing that in the xbox/microsoft store, you need to see it in the xbox app itself.

How are you?

You can upload up to 10 GB of captures to the Xbox network. Once you reach those limits, you’ll need to delete existing captures to upload new ones.

Any game clip or screenshot uploaded to the Xbox network that gets no views in 30 days will be deleted. Viewing it yourself counts as a view and saves a capture from deletion.

Captures that don't get uploaded to the Xbox network will remain on the console they were recorded on.

You can also store your screenshots and videos on your PC, OneDrive, and your phone.
