Can't view profile info on Xbox App?

Discus and support Can't view profile info on Xbox App? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I'm just missing something or is there not a way to view a streamer's profile using the Xbox app?     Can't view profile info on Xbox App?


    I'm just missing something or is there not a way to view a streamer's profile using the Xbox app? Stuff like "About" "FAQ" Rules", etc.

    The stuff you'd add under Channel Description and Channel Info.

    Series of errors tonight

    I dunno if it's an issue with the profiles, honestly.

    I have several gamertags, and even tried creating a fresh gamertag to see if there was any difference and I still can't view any info. An Xbox Support rep on Twitter suggested re-downloading my profile, but it hasn't work, sadly.

    Yep, factory reset. Re-downloaded profile. Still can't view achievements on Xbox One, Windows 10 app or smartglass

    Signing my Netflix profile out of the app seems to have fixed it for me. Just press (B) to bring up the menu and go to "view account info or sign out."
