Can't view profile and gamerscore is 0

    Can't view profile and gamerscore is 0


    So I recently came home from college for winter break and apparently at some point during the last month all the accounts on my brothers xbox one got signed out. When I signed back in I was able to sync my game data back over but my gamerscore now says I
    have a score of 0 and I can't view my profile or my achievements. Every time I try to pull up my profile it says "That didn't work, Sorry, Give it another try". I have tried signing out and back in, restarting the xbox, and contacting customer support (who
    sent me here). I have no idea what to do

    And another detail. When I play a game there is a message in the lower right hand corner that says "Nice Work! You've Unlocked all the achievements in this game" This is annoying because 1) I haven't and 2) it won't go away

    Possible "Syncing Save Data" Fix

    I can't sync anything,tried to download the profile again but just made things worse.

    My gamerscore is gone and i can't view my friends...

    Where are Achievements saved?

    your achievements are saved in your GPD witch is in your profile thats why you profile get bigger in memory

    like i have 57240 Gamerscore and my profile is 27 MB and i have a profile with 0 Gamerscore and it is 140 KB

    How to delete 0achievement's games record？

    You can't delete games with 0 gamerscore but you can hide them by going to your profile,then "Gaming", & scroll down to a game with 0 gamerscore & there should be the option to press the X button to hide that game.

    If you mean a 0 point achievement then you can't delete those.
