Can't view other people's Achievements

I'll try to explain this as simple as I can, hoping for a quick solution.

Up until today, I can't seem to view anyones achievements under recent players. I can see my achievements, but I can't see anyone else. I know some people have theirs turned off but that is not the case and I have my turned on to share with other people, meaning
they are allowed to see mine while I can see theres but that's not the case.

I'm wondering what I can do to solve this situation. I thought about deleting my profile and downloading it again, but I'm not sure of the consequences of such action. Would I lose all my achievements? Will I still have my Xbox Live Gold membership when I download
it again?

Viewing gamer rep

can't view other people's rep, but you could ask them to view their own rep and tell you their rep.

 

Activity feed not posting or showing comments

For 3 days now I cannot view my comments or post comments on other people's activities or my own activity.

 

I have the same issue accept for me its across the board. I can't view achievements on any of my friends profiles. They all have zero gamescore for every game. This issue is across Xbox 360 XB1 and Smart Glass. And when viewing my profile from another account
I also appear to have zero achievements unlocked.

Up until a few days ago I could compare achievements with anyone on my friends list.

If you chose to delete your profile from your Xbox you would not lose your achievements or Xbox live

Gold, As long as you have your Xbox accounts email and password you can download your profile fully intact.

You've probably have already done this since it's what I did and it's still not working.

Have you tried going to; from your dashboard go to settings - privacy - go to customize and set your profile sharing and profile viewing to everyone.

It's what I have mine set to, but I still can't see other people's achievements. I even deleted my profile and downloaded it again and nothing's changed.

Since you seem to have a problem viewing your own achievements, including gamerscore and considering this is all happening recently within the last couple of days, we'll soon find out that we're not the only ones experiencing this problem since it has to
be coming from their end and not ours.

 

When doing the deletion and redownload of the profile did you clear the cache and restart the console in between deletion (of profile only) and redownload?

If not I do advise to try that to see if it makes any difference

So try these steps:

1. Check account.live.com/.../manage to see if at least two security proofs are setup and verified. A phone number and alternate email would be best

1. Delete your profile from the console, be sure to delete only the profile, to do so check this link:

2. Clear the console cache, see this link for the how to:
support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

3. Turn the console off.

4. Turn the console on.

5. Clear the console cache one more time

6. Redownload your profile

No I didn't think to clear the cache, didn't know something like that was available.

I followed your instructions to the dot, and it solved my problem. I'm sure this solution will work for LoA as well.
