Cant view my credit card number

it is not my account its my friends and he cant log in so he told me to get on here and ask he has phone number gamertag and credit card number

Let me make this more clear,

My sister bought me a 12month gold subscription and she bought it with her credit card. But she just recentley got a new credit card with a new number. But my 12month subscription is still under her old credit card number. So i dont know if i should just
keep useing my 12months with her old credit card number or should i edit the payment options and add her new credit card number? I did not get suspended from XBL i just dont know what i should do?

And if i do edeit the payment options, What do i do?

Do i just edit the old credit card number with the new card number and that is it? Or do i have to contact support and all that?

I paid for FIFA Game by Credit Card and after this my credit card number has had unauthorised transactions and the bank have contacted me and I've had to cancel my card. It looks like this is where they have got my credit card number from. Could they access my account details on XBOX?

my law say they cant do that also how c an u track it can u delete ur credit card history online and shut down ur xbox also what the number for xbox company
