Can't view messages through the app or online

To Whom it May Concern:

I cannot view messages through my online account nor through the Smarglass app. This has been a problem for about 3 weeks. Originally, I thought it was related to the app only but then discovered I could not access my messages online either.

When trying to view messages online, I get the error, "An error has occurred, please try again later." When using the app, it just freezes and I have to restart.

FYI, I can view and send messages through the xbox. This problem is isolated to the online account and the app.

Cannot View Messages in Accout or on App

Messaging works fine on console but I'm met with an infinite loading screen when I try to view it from the website.
