Cant view complete store

When I go to the games store on the Xbox one, I get the normal options "Search games, Add-ons, All games, Memberships". When I select ALL games, it immediately brings me to the "NEW GAMES" page and has the two drop down menus at the top. There are no options
anywhere to just see the whole store, not just new games, best rated, Most played, Top Free, Top paid, Coming soon and demos. With the day one dashboard I could view every game in the store. Now I'm only able to view games in those lists and none of them show
ALL the games. Is there a way to just view the whole store at once? Am I missing something? I have hard reset my console, factory reset my console, refreshed the dashboard, did an offline update. I'm at a loss.

Again, i cant complet some of the steps due to it not being there.

if there is a team view option ill be glad to do it

Yes i unplugged it.

Its the super pack.

Like i said i can view it through msh on store but no option to install or buy. Cant remember what else..not sure about pic...

Hey, CIMIRES! Sorry to see the frustrations! With the update to the new Store on the console, the All Games has been changed to New Games. This is currently by design, however if you would like to voice a suggestion to change that back, I highly suggest
posting on the Feedback Site.

Give the site a look over, do a search, see if you can find a like suggestion. If you do, give it a vote! If you don't see one, then definitely post up a new suggestion. This is the best way to get your voice heard.

Since there is no support we can offer for this, I'm going to lock this thread down. If you need assistance with any other support issue, please post up a new detailed thread so that our community can work on helping you out. Thanks for understanding!

the fortnite crew pack is not showing on the xbox under subscriptions. it is showing under billing but i cant do anything on that. the only option is cancel or view in store. if i try and view in store nothing appears

If you’re unable to view your complete order history, you can try using the following link to view your order history:

account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

If you’re still unable to view your complete order history, you can try resetting the Microsoft Store app. Resetting the Microsoft Store app will not erase your purchases, as your purchases are linked to your Microsoft account. As soon as you connect your Microsoft account to the Microsoft Store, all your purchases will be listed again
