CANT VIEW CLIPS SENT IN MSGS

Hi,

for about 3 months, i haven't been able to view any clips that friends have sent to me via a message.

This is becoming really annoying now as we can no longer show each other stupid things that have happened,

Assistance would be great.. Yes i have hard reset my console...

game dvr wont upload clips to xbox live

game dvr wont upload clips to xbox live. ive made sure i have no clips saved anywere. so its nouthing to do with space. the clips i make are getting saved but i cant sare them in any way. i keep getting a msg saying unable to upload clip to xbox live.

 

i cannot see my messages

i cant either nvr received a ban notice and never sent a msg but since i been playin n got aa few game friends i see the notification pop up but no msg in inbox

 

If you're viewing the clips via browser on a PC then there's a possibility that it's the add-on of that browser that is having an issue.

 

no the issue is coming on all platforms, i cant see them on smart glass, or on the xbox app on pc or on the xbox in messages.

Clearly something that has happened with all the really great updates every 3 days of 512mb when your a preview member....

 

If the person that's sending you the messege if hes appearing offline then that could be the problem
