    Can't Verify Xbox Login on PC Windows 10


    I am able to log onto my Xbox account on the Xbox App and I am able to play some games from the game pass with no issue. However, for example, when I try to play Golf With Your Friends, it requires me to verify my sign in info, where it then tells me that it couldn't sign into Xbox Live. If I try to sign into a different Microsoft account, another window pops up, says "Just a moment" then closes and nothing happens. I am unable to switch accounts and when I try to play on the one that I am logged into, it can't connect to Xbox Live. I will provide a picture of the message displayed.

    I have a suspicion that this issue is bigger, because I am unable to manage my Microsoft account in my "email & accounts" settings. When I try to verify my identity in "Your info", it gives the same pop up window that disappears right after and nothing happens.

    Start troubleshooting the issue by running the Windows Update Troubleshooter for Windows 10 (microsoft.com), then follow the steps mentioned here => How to perform a clean boot in Windows (microsoft.com).

    If the issue persists, we recommend following what's mentioned here => Fix problems signing in to the Xbox app (microsoft.com).

    If the issue persists, you will need to get your account checked by the online team. You can do so by accessing Contact us | Xbox Support. Follow the instructions after clicking on the green button "Contact us" and choose to get help either from an online chat agent or request a callback. Make sure the region on the support website is set to your correct region in order not to find issues with the steps.

    The troubleshooter and a clean boot unfortunately resulted in no difference. When following the steps for fixing the problems signing into the Xbox app, I am unable to remove my Microsoft account and I am also unable to add another Microsoft account. Why is this?

    Just log in again, you can't remove the login screen from the Xbox app, sometimes you log out automatically form the xbox app for Windows PC, just login again.
