Cant verify my old account

I cant verify my email or get into my old email so was needing to be linked to my new email account thatbi can get into, so won't be using the old email again.

How do I go about this?

Submitted forms then on first account. Now on old and mid accounts. All rejected. Old stuff inactive. Cant verify. New info isnt linked to old. Years apart. I just need to get in touch with a human employed by the company to hit the unlock button (now) on two accounts. Thats all. Why is this such a problem? Do i need lawyers?

I already did what Gnomish said, but it ends up telling me that I have to verify the account is mine. So it gives me one option to send an email to my old de-activated email which I cant get on. I was able to change my password that didn't help.

go to outlook.com. it'll ask to verify the email address, but under that it will say 'use a different Microsoft account' click that, then once you get past that you can type in your own email address

Also can't verify account. Wow How frustrating!! Cant play xbox one on Xmas because account cannot be verified
