Can't verify my age

I live in Korea and I have a new Surface Go. I thought I would log in to Xbox, but it is proving to be impossible. I have the verification software on my phone - Pass - and when I go through the various steps and click Confirm, it comes up with the following
message. What can I do?

This seems to be a problem on Microsoft's end, and you can't currently do anything to fix it yourself.

You would need to contact the official support to make them aware of the issue.

Yo,

I don't think many of the mods have to directly deal with this error and thus don't know a good work around. I found a work around and was able to skip the verification. Just sign into your microsoft account and then manage your profile. If you tell it to
change region to the US it won't require the verification the same way. It works fine now. I can be an adult again.

You need a valid credit card on file to verify region and age. You can't use prepaid ones.
