    My yahoo account has been shut down and that account was what i used for my xbox and so my xbox a few weeks ago asked me to verify my email so i tried typing the email and the password... no luck. I tried to reset it, ive tried to reactivate the email, ive
    tried EVERYTHING...and nothing is working and whats even worse is that i had just put a 3 month gold membership on it when it had asked me to i thought i could change what email i use but apparently you have to be fully signed in in order to go onto the xbox
    account please help i just need to change what email is being used for my xbox 360 i dont want to have to restart everything ive had this xbox for 4 in a half years... and i know i cant reactivate the email because 4 in a half years ago i was like 8 or 9 so
    that makes me 13... So when i first got the xbox my parents had a email put onto the xbox and we never used it so when the day came to verify my account i couldn't DO IT CAUSE THEY SHUT IT DOWN ....... now im screwed with no xbox PLEASE HELP

    I am trying to download my account onto my friends Xbox one, i know all of my information, but then it says to verify a link they sent to my email, only problem is, the email they are sending it to is out of commission, i need it to send the email to my
    new email account, but i cant seem to figure out how to change it.

    go to outlook.com. it'll ask to verify the email address, but under that it will say 'use a different Microsoft account' click that, then once you get past that you can type in your own email address

    It's likely Two Step Authentication that you have set up. Turn that off at
    http://account.live.com     under Security Info, and you shouldn't have this problem anymore.
