Can't verify my account

Hi,

When I bought my XBOX360, five or six years ago, I created a profile. I usually don't use the XBOX Live app, so I just kept that account. The thing is the mail I used for it isn't working anymore. It belongs to a Spanish company (Terra.es) which just closed
their mail service. Now I cannot ask for a verification code, for there's no mail to send it to, and I can't answer not even 20% of the security questions, since the account is too old.

I have another account, this one I'm using right now, but all my achievements are in the other profile. Is there a way to change my e-mail for the old account so I can use it to access Xbox Live. I followed the steps but Microsft denied my application. (No
wonder, since, as I've said, I have no clue of half of the questions).

account verify

got a message on my xbox 360 saying i need to verify my account, even though i did this 10 days ago. When i try to access my account to enter the code, my account is locked, saying i have to wait a month until the 'changes' from my last verification take
place. Can't verify my account and can't play Xbox. Help!!

 

Need to verify email

Hi guys, basically my xbox one has sent an email for me to verify before it transfers my details from my xbox 360. However when I log on to the email account to verify this the message I get is" call us overprotective but we need to verify that this email
is yours, before we can do that please check your inbox for a message from the account team" I can't check my emails to verify the email account. I'm stuck and can't think of a way past this please help

 

Sorry to hear it. There's not much that can be done if an email account is closed. You could try changing your gamertag to a different email address using the info at the link below

In the meantime there should be an option to have the verification code sent to a cell number or called to your home number. See if you can do that.

I can't even log into Xbox Live with my old account. I'm sure is been blocked or something after all these years. And I don't think I can change the e-mail of my gamertag unless I have access to the original e-mail address (for confirmation purposes, I mean).
So, I'm pretty much in a dead end here. I mean, I could send them a picture of my tv screen to prove that profile is mine!! ...

Do you know how to make them contact you by phone? Or how to contact them...
