Can't use Xbox rewards

I got rewards/prizes from Xbox gold quests and Xbox games pass. Both are for GTA V DLC. I don't have GTA V. So I can not use the redeemable codes given by Xbox.

Is there anything I can do?

see. For this matter, the prizes are fixed and I wish there are other options to choose a different prize. What I can recommend as a course of action is to contact our Rewards Support Team if they can do anything about the prize you have received.

 

Phone and chat support do not handle promotions or the rewards program directly so they do not have correct information regarding either. That is not a Rewards program offer, so you would need to post in the sales and promotions forum for assistance.
