Can't use Xbox One console (literally)

I was playing on Xbox Live today and suddenly all of a sudden everything became slow to load after an online game was finished. I thought it was just the game / my broadband being slow. Turned off my broadband, waited 30 seconds and turned Xbox back on.
Tried loading up the game but it wouldn't work. Said it was taking too long to load and gave me an error code (0x8027025a) again this error code does not show up on the error code page on Xbox even if you take out the '0x' part.

I decided to just leave it at that and try again later. To my surprise once turning the xbox on and after the home screen showing up everything (apps, games, internet etc) would load really, really slow. I hard reset my Xbox countless times to try and solve
the problem but again nothing. It was at this point the Xbox was becoming REALLY slow to the point where I couldn't do anything with the console.

There was moments where I had to wait a while for it to get past the green screen section and this is when I was greeted by "the home screen has taken too long to load" with yet another error code (0x80070102). So I decided to contact Xbox Support and they
gave me a trouble shooting guide (http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/system/system-updates-solution)

None of these solutions help because which ever one I click on it seems promising at first but then the scenarios do not match what I am experiencing. Sure, there are times where the green screen takes a bit long to finish what's its doing but again after
a while it goes to the home screen. Then there's times where the green screen comes on then greeted by a black screen but after waiting it still goes onto the home page and both times I've been given error codes.

The likely cause of all this is due to the error codes but as stated these error codes do not show up. And now my Xbox loads every single thing slow, it freezes and crashes to the point where I have to turn it off. There is no way for me to do anything on
the console because everything just takes way too long to even load up. The last updated was on the 15th of November (when the new layout was issued on Xbox). So, my question is how do I find out what the error codes mean and how do I get my xbox to work again?

Absolutely Unacceptable!!!

I agree. This is literally the worst experience I've had with Microsoft. I can't even use my $500 Xbox One. Man, I made the right choice.

 

Xbox update not letting me use xbox

Updated my Xbox and with the update I literally can't do anything. Can't play games, use apps, log in, got to settings etc. Already tried restarting Xbox, router, and factory resetting

If you've already tried multiple power cycles (support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console) then you may be best off skipping straight to the factory reset and seeing if
that will restore normality.

No game saves will be lost - they're all backed up to the cloud - and you'll need to reinstall all games on the internal hard drive (but games on an external hard drive, if you have one, will remain untouched). You'll also need to sign in again once your
console is back online after the reset.

At least yours loads. My xbox just goes to the home took to long screen and then stays black. I can't even get to the factory reset option.
