    Today I've bought 3 months of this service and I can't use it in my Xbox One, and i have not received any code. In the webpage everything is fine, I can see my suscription but I can't in my xbox. Sorry for the bad english.

    WPAK my problem is still occurring. Your suggestion didn't work. I will attempt to contact support to find a way to fix my problem.

    please double check http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if the subscription is showing there.

    If the subscription shows, try the following steps

    1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
    2. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
      http://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console
    3. Redownload your profile

    If these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at

    How are we supposed to trust microsoft if no one replies our call for help? I have the same problem as you and no one replied me so far. I live in Portugal. There is no physical store to go to, there is no one to ask for help unless we write some stuff here
    and pray that someone will read this and maybe, just maybe, if he or she is in a good mood, will tell us what to do. I´m seriously thinking on quiting Xbox one right about now, because of all the problems I endure so far. I hope you have better luck than me.

  5. Hi i have also had this problem. Just get a message that everything is ok with wifi that the problem is at there end but have not been able to find any further information. Status looks ok. Very frustrating support system!
