Can't use Xbox Gold on my Xbox One.

I have a Xbox Live Gold subscription but in my Xbox One I can't used, when I try to look at my account setting it says that everything is ok, but when I try looking at the subscriptions tab on My Games and Apps the Xbox Gold subscription does not appear.

I purchased xbox live gold for my husband's xbox one and my xbox one but we both can't use it. I didn't have to purchase one for each account before so don't understand why we both can't use it when we are using the same WiFi in
the same house. We are using separate xbox ones so we both can't play our online games on our profiles. How can i enjoy xbox live on my Xbox one without logging into my husband's profile

I have an xbox gold membership. I have one xbox one, and one xbox 360. I am sharing my xbox gold membership with my son and daughter. it works great on my xbox one. My gamertag can go back and forth from the "one" to the "360" no problem.
My son also likes to play on the xbox 360. when he tries to use the gamertag we created on the xbox one for the xbox 360 the console says he has to have a gold account. he can't play multiplayer or even create a party when he signs into the xbox 360. I thought
the gold was shared with everyone in my family. Is that the design or am I doing something wrong?
