Can't use Xbox gamepass ultimate, payment not recognized

Dear support,

I am not able to renew my xbox ultimate game pass. I am using this in the netherlands, europe. In this month, the payment has taken long to go through. I received a message from my bank that the monthly recharge payment has been successful. But this is not showing in my Xbox app yet. The payment is still not updating. It is asking me to update my payment but it is asking to make the payment again. Please find below the details:

Yes! The gamepass app recognizes my gamepass ultimate subscription. It's a gamepass app bug.

It's because of his membership

Xbox gamepass is NOT compatible with xbox 360 yes you can queue it with gold BUT not with xbox gamepass ultimate because the 360 won't recognize the ultimate

I'm not even sure if you can play multiplayer with it

Because you can't queue even 360 games from xgu

From a 360

You would have to queue from the app or the website as mentioned

Xgu is not recognized by 360

You would've been better off sticking with gold since you can't use the added benefit

You need a xbox one or higher to use xgu and the free games from the gamepass library or the cloud services

You can only in theory use the gold

I'd recommend the xbox one s or higher since the og xbox one is no longer possible to repair and doesn't have the power brick
