Can't use X360 savegames on the X1

Hy all,

Like all of us, I downloaded my favorite game on my X1 ( Fable II ),
downloaded both extensions ( 'cause I got the Goty ed. ),
uploaded my saves in the cloud from the X360, launched Fable II on the X1 and ...... " The savegame you try to start was created with some other stuff " ......... Huh ? All things are similars between X360 and X1 ...... just
try something :

--- Plays on the X360 ---

X360 saves : OK // X1 saves :
OK

--- Plays on the X1 ---

X1 saves : OK // X360 saves :
NOK // created on X1 and played on the X360 :
NOK ..... OUCH ! ....

Seems having a little trouble with savegames emulation, not ? Please Microsoft engineers, could you fix it ? ( I suppose it's similar problems with all other backward games with DLC )

Will racing wheels be recognized from games in backwards compaitbility mode?

This is NOT what I was asking.

I was asking, if I can use X1 accessories on X1 for X360 games.

NOT id I can use X360 accessories on X1 for X1 games (or x360 games).

 

Xbox one cloud save?

your cloud saves are associated with your xbox live account which is not specific to x360 or x1. when you start playing an x1, your cloud saves made from an x360 arent going anywhere. you wont be able to use them on your x1, but they will be there for when
you log into an x360.

 

Have you played the 360 version with the DLC's?

 

@Otaku Panda cx : Yep, as I wrote in my OP, I got the GOTY ( Game of the year ) edition, so I've played/created savegames on the X360. I just had to download both extension on the X1.

Just forgot to say that i've played on the disc version on the X1 ( and X360 of course ).

 

Sorry for the little UP, but for some gamers it could be a solution ... although I think it's a bit dishonest.

So, it appears that if you got the GotY or premium versions, you can buy ( again ) both extensions to validate your savegames. Actually, it seems that both free extensions let you access to the contents from a game created on the X1, but not to your savegames
from your X360.

For players who bought GotY and Premium versions of Fable II, could MS programmers fix this expensive problem ?
