    Can't use the Xbox Insider Hub app


    So, I tried to use the Insider Hub to see if there was any new content on the app, but it doesn't open, I enter with my account, receive a "Something went wrong" message and the app freezes. Alredy tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no sucess, any solution?

    Typing on xbox one since recent dashboard update.

    These things happen in the Xbox preview. the best thing to do is report it using the Xbox insider hub. press the Nexus button (Xbox Button) down on the controller until the shutdown option pops up, then select report a problem, and continue from there.
    If you can't use the virtual keyboard in the insider hub, then connecting the xbox app on your phone or tablet to the xbox will work just as good or using the console companion app will also work too.

    You should be able to opt out of the Insider program using the Xbox Insider Hub app on your console.

    Hi, did you remove your console before deleting the Insider Hub? If you didn't, then reinstall Insider Hub app, launch it and on the landing page go to settings>manage devices and you can remove it there.

    If you can't do it on your Xbox, you can download the app on a PC and remove your Xbox following the steps above.
