    I have an Xbox One and I can make purchases fine on there (with US Currency.) Whenever I try to purchase anything that is used on a 360 (or used via backwards compatibility) the purchase is always in pounds (UK.) I found out I cant buy anything on 360 when
    I tried to get the Apocalypse map pack for COD:BO2. I went to Gamestop and got a digital code for Apocalypse, but it added $15.00 to my Microsoft account instead of giving me the map pack. I have tried to purchase using Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC. All ask
    for pounds.

    *Using 360 disk of COD:BO2

    Its still free but you need a payment option to mak the 0.00 dollar purchase

    Hey there TTSuperstars!

    It sounds like your Xbox Live account region is set to the UK if you're constantly seeing prices in pounds vs dollars. You can run your account through the Xbox Live
    migration tool to see if that helps. You won't be able to use the $15 in your Microsoft account to purchase the map packs from an Xbox One console. If you still have access to an Xbox 360,
    you can use that to make the purchase though.

    Let us know if you have any other questions! Cant use the US Dollar to make purchases :)

    when i got my first xbox on christmas my father set it up with his email. i want to move my xbox account to my personal email. do i need to delete this microsoft account to do that?

    i have thousands of dollars worth of purchases on here? how can i make it so i can sign in with my email and he cant sign in with his? he is ok with me making this change but if i lose my thousands of dollars worth of purchases i will lose my ****.
