Can't use the chat with Xbox support

No luck, but on this thread Im trying to get help because I cant use the chat with xbox support page.

So you have two issues????

Try calling support.... Seems the forum is working fine......... Slow loading games are not a real issue.

What exactly do you need help with????? Lets start fresh and solve your problem.....

Multiple threads are not needed, in fact they just cloud the issue because all the info is in multiple places.......

So, again I ask, What is your exact problem?????

I wanna use the chat with xbox support, but it does not work for me. On pages like messages, friends, and chat with xbox, my account on the top right corner says Loading.... forever, I think that's not normal, and that's keeping me from using the chat with
xbox support. I also can't use the chat with an ambassador support, it has the same issue

if you can't set up a repair yourself then it;s best to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat, they should be able to set up a repair for you or find the cause why you can't set up the repair yourself.

If you can't use support chat it would probably be best to call support instead.

As far as I know, the chat support pulls that information from your Microsoft Account's billing information. You can change/update that at https://commerce.microsoft.com/PaymentHub/Profile?lang=en-us
