Can't use the chat with Xbox support

I have a problem with my Xbox, but when I head to the chat with Microsoft support page, the green button "Sign In" does not respond, neither does the type your personal info hyperlink. So I sign in from the top right corner and come back. Again in the support
page, my info (first name, last name, e-mail) is displayed now, but the "Start Chat" button does not do anything when I click on it, also My Account in the top right corner says Loading... all the time. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

If you can't use support chat it would probably be best to call support instead.

 

Probably just overloaded at the moment.

Any problems,other than billing can usually be solved here on the forums or in the support section.

I don't think its overloaded, because my account on the top right corner always says loading on some xbox pages, like the messages, and support also. The problem with my xbox is on the xbox one forums, but nobody seems to reply

Try using the error code search to start with....

 

What 360 section? You are the one making up things, I havent touched the 360 support forums

 

That code does not appear in the error code search, but there are other unanswered topics with the same issue...

Multiple threads are frowned upon.... You already have a support topic for this issue and decided to bring it up in the 360 general discussion.... Your console has it's own section called Xbox One general discussion.

Oh my bad, it does not say xbox 360 so I thought it was general. Its stuck on the green boot screen, happened yesterday, so its not an update issue. I have tried the hard reset and the OSUDT restore tool but with no luck. Its all there on the link I posted

Try the hard reset again without any discs in the console.
