Can't use power ups

Discus and support Can't use power ups in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Okay, first you can't watch ads to get tickets or coins (still not working).     Okay, first you can't watch ads to get tickets or coins (still not working). Now, I can't use the power ups during the game. What's up with that?

    I'm having trouble with the power ups....whenever it's the lightening power up, it blanks out like I don't have any more and won't let me use it or any of the other power ups. I've got almost 30 I can't use because of this. Can this be fixed? Please?

    your phone constantly uses power. so while it's using alot of power to support devices to connect it for 4g connection. it uses extra power. so it can't keep up with the charge
