can't use my crédits

Hello x Samaritain x,

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your Credits were placed as pending on the 21st, they should be deposited in the mid-month deposit this month. Since you have already been scheduled for a deposit, there is no button displayed to request a deposit.

can't use my crédits

I accumulated until 21/11/2016 more than 54000 credits and unfortunately for me I can not use them, the "button" that allows to do so does not appear.

This is happening to me check out my post here. It gives some more info about it. Also please don't ask questions that don't help it was already explained and is it your browser isn't a great answer either. Another belief i have is that this is caused either
by messaging often/xbox live service alerts to going on to a different profile to check messages.

It gives me this same error message when I try to add a friend or just look at my account.

Hey, guys! Sorry to see that you were unable to access your friends' profiles or messaging. We had a service alert up yesterday about friends lists and messaging. It should be fully resolved, though. If you are still experiencing this error, please sign

A hard reset may solve this problem. Hold down the power button until the system shuts down and unplug the power cable. Wait for 5 min and plug it back in and restart the console

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select System > Settings > System > Console info.
Select Reset console.
On the Reset your console screen use options Reset and keep my games & apps.

You have to set up a call back from Xbox support.
