Cant use my phone number for product registration

I have no idea what the RMA process involves, and the online registration requires a product serial and neither of the numbers inside the battery cover will work.

Choose the call option: During the verification process, you have the choice between receiving a text message or a phone call for the verification code. If the text message option is not working, select the call option and enter your home phone number.
