    Can't use my own account.


    Recently, I bought an Xbox One. I created a Microsoft account during the setup, and redeemed a code for a year of Gold. I then tried to sign into the account one line, and Xbox.com created a completely new account, with a different gamer tag and no sign
    of my Gold membership. How can I sign in to my own account.

    Account not able to be set as primary because of friend

    My friend set my account as primary without permission, and now I don't have my account as primary on my own console and can't use my games on other accounts.

    Can't use my own account.

    Most likely, you were signed in to a different account when you redeemed the code. It would be best for you to contact Support so that you can work with them in finding out which account your code was redeemed to. Can't use my own account. :)

    What a load of [mod removed]. How does this system work if someone uses the same ID as you?! I can't wait 30 days , and I can't access my own profile. Apparently this stupid account I'm on has the same email AND password as my own, and it's pissing me off.
    It's absolute *** that you can't delete an account.

    Nothing can be transferred between accounts. So if he starts his own account, he would have to start his game progress over. If you're using the One, as long as you have the console set as your Home console, he can access the games themselves from his account
    without having to buy them again.
