    Can't Use My New Debit Card


    I'm trying to put in my new debit card info (e.g. name, number, etc.) for when and if I need to make payments on my Xbox for movies, games, or DLC, but the settings are not accepting it. What should I do?

    Depending on where you are located, you may not be able to use a debit card as not all countries support the use. Also not all debit cards are accepted, it depends on who you bank with.

    You might also have to ask your card issuing company if your card is unlocked to make online purchases AND to allow recurring charges (e.g. for an automatic renewing Xbox Live Gold membership subscription).

    sorry to hear. First of all this:
    "manage payment options online"     and next: Your debit Card hast to be the same region as you xbox and as your billing address.
