Can't use my Live Gold Trial code

Hi, I'm Xyuan

I just cancelled my live Gold signature 5 days ago, to avoid renewing it automaticaly.

Then, I tried to use my 2-days-Gold-trial code I got from my Gears of War UE.

When I put the code, everything seems fine, and I even get a success message. But, when I try to play online, it says I don't have a Gold signature.

I already tried to use the code both from my Xbox ONE and from the xbox website. When I check my account at the xbox.com, it says I have a cancelled Live Gold only.

Can somebody please help me?

If you have used paid gold membership before you can't use the trial code. Trial periods are not used to extend your gold membership but to give an idea to new gamers about xbox live gold membership features.

Hey man listen there could be 2 reasons why its not working kk one its allready been used or 2 it wasent scanned properly iv had the same problem kk the 48 jour gold trials are very senstive its weird but its happened to me as well kk just see if a frwind
will let u license transfer from their acc and ull be able to play with gold agin untill u can get some for urself that is kk if u need anything else just ask

But I don't think it was already used because it gives me a success message. And it was inside my gears ue box the whole time.

And I'm not scaning it, I type the 25 digits always. The exact same problem is happening to my brother's gears code :/
