  1. Can't use my HDMI cable with Xbox One X?

I recently purchased a new hugh speed HDMI cable and had it installed in my wall while it was being replaced a few weeks ago in preparation for my new Xbox One X. I have an electronics cabinet about 18 feet away from my TV over the mantle. It is a new Samsung
4k tv. I finally got my new console and plugged it all up. Aparently the new Xbox will not support my mew high speed cable. I plugged it into the tv with the cable that came with it and it works. How can I get it to work with the cable that is hidden in my
    wall???

    :)

    No images on my TV

No, I can't find this cable anymore. But I took an HDMI cable to play my games with a HDTV so I would like to be able to use my HDMI cable :s

    XBOX ONE & KINECT

That's a great idea. I have additional HDMI cables laying around myself. I guess the problem with that is, some kid gets a new XBOX one and can't play it because he doesn't have a cable. I guess the other point is, you can use your HDMI cables anywhere
you want because they are standard, however, you can't use your Kinect brick anywhere else, only on your XBOX One, forcibly.

Allow auto-low latency mode grayed out connectiong to Samsung TV RU710D

I would use the HDMI cable that came with the Xbox One,

Third Party cables can be hit or miss depending on there quality,

I connected my X-Box One first generation to the HDMI 1 port using a brand new cable compatible with
    HDMI 2.0 and 8K resolution.
8K over HDMI 2.0 is not possible, A cable that can run 8K needs to be HDMI 2.1,

also the OG Xbox One uses HDMI 1.4, both the One S and One X use HDMI 2.0

I believe that, with your Xbox one being HDMI 1.4 it's not forward compatible with your TV HDMI 2.0 ports as to possibly why your low latency mode is grayed out, or it just could be the third party cable your using, best to try out the cable that came with
    the Xbox.

Xbox one x not excepting surround sound from my TiVo

Yes I’ve tried multiple HDMI cables it’s as if the Xbox one x doesn’t even recognize the surroundsound coming from the TiVo but my old Xbox one does and if it were an HDMI cable issue using the same HDMI cable pluged in to the TiVo going to the old Xbox
versus a new Xbox would’ve given me the same results but it doesn’t

    Screen blackout

Same here and same LG OLED TV...

I've seen the problem, black screen, a few time yesterday after setting it up but it's mainly when watching TV. I was using my high end HDMI cables but last night I removed the one that goes from Xbox One X to TV and replaced it with the cable that came
in the box. No issues so far since doing that.

I've had mine plugged directly into the wall socket the whole time. I have HDMI from cable box to Xbox One X IN and the HDMI that came with the Xbox One X from it to the ARC (HDMI 2) input on the TV.

I'll keep an eye on it and report back if I see the issue again. If you are not using the HDMI cable that came with the Xbox One X then I'd maybe try it and see if it helps.
