Lett's try these solutions that usually fix the problem:

1. Try a different payment method than the one they have on the account.

2. Remove the card they are trying to use, then add it back and try again.

3.Delete and download your profile

4.Reboot the console

5. Try adding a new card to the account and try the purchase again.

6.Try to associate your card to PayPal and link it to your Xbox

7. Contact your bank, as they sometimes block online purchases

8. If all else fails, I recommend you try not buying for 24 hours and try again

I use my dad's credit card and he is in the Navy and is currently on deployment but whenever he is on ship you guys can't charge his credit card.

I can't get to my account through my console. I hadn't been on for quite some time and decided to hook it up. The credit card it was on expired and no longer exists, we added another credit card validated to have sufficient funds, tried to remove the other
credit card, but wouldn't let us.
