    I bought the Marketing line about XBox One as a full home entertainment system. I bought two Xbox Ones. One for each of my 'tv rooms'. Now, whenever Microsoft's log-in or app system goes down, I am without the ability to watch Netflix or Amazon, or what-have-you.
    Right now, I can log in, but no apps...can't watch TV. So I got out my old DVDs and put one into the Xbox...guess what? The DVD player is an app...apparently. MSFT is more interested in making me log in so that I have to...what? Why do I have to log in to
    watch youtube?

    So, now I've hooked my laptop to my big screen TV, and I am watching Netflix on that.

    The DCRM is kind of pain too. I have two sons so I buy multiple copies of each game...since only one XBox can be the home XBox for each person, I then need to buy 3 copies of each game if I want myself or either of my sons to be able to play the game in
    any room. You would think ownership of more than one Xbox would be something MSFT might have thought of. Sadly, I (and the Marketing team) bought into the Xbox One more than the tech Product team did.

    What's sad for MSFT, is that I would have bought a third Xbox one if it weren't for the broken DCRM. (I just want to be able to buy multiple copies of a game, and then tie each copy to an Xbox rather than a person, so that anybody can log into that Xbox
    and play a licensed game)

    So those boat anchors over there are possibly the last Xboxs I am going to buy as home entertainment systems. MSFT either needs to allow me to use basic features like the DVD player or games I own with a disk, even when they can't keep their system running,
    or pull their act together and guarantee 4 9s.

    I recognize that this message will probably never reach any ears that can make a difference, but I feel better for having stated my pain. If MSFT is evolving like the FANGS and committing to customer obsession, then maybe this will reach a PM and the next
    Xbox won't be as big a disappointment.

    Pins on both consoles.

    Any chance of the pins not being connected between consoles? My pins on the 360 are basically for most of my digital games, and the pins on my XB1 are mostly for apps. My 360 pins are crowded with apps I don't use on my 360.

    I read it and I'm sorry for all the issues you are having. Try uninstalling all then hold the power button till it turns the system off. Reboot it and install it again. If that doesn't work call Xbox Tech support so they can better assist you with this
    problem. I love my Xbox one and I have Netflix and Hulu, and hate your having problems. Here is the number for Xbox Tech Support 1-800-469-9269 . I hope I was able to help you a little bit.

    Hey KingBelerophon, I'm just throwing this out there but... Are you trying to log in on both consoles at the same time? For example, you've been on a marathon game session in the Living Room and then you decide to call it quits and relax on Netflix before
    bed in your master bedroom. Did you leave yourself logged in on the Living Room console and then try to log in on the bedroom console?

    Xbox loading games but stuck on game intro screen

    get your xbox out in the open and keep it cool. avoid blocking the vents and try again. Hanging mostly occurs due to overheating. I live in a tropical country and hanging is common on my end but knowing how to keep you xbox cool will greatly minimize hanging.
