    Can't use multiplayer features


    I've recently been getting a notification on my games that I cannot use online or multiplayer features. I've reset my console, unplugged it and turned it back on a couple times, but it still pops up. What should I do? I have gold membership

    Just bought Xbox Live Gold for 6 months, but still can't use the Online Features (Multiplayer).

    Redeeming problem

    I know the problem now. My account just says it's free but actually I'm Gold but there are some features of Gold I can't use. I can still play multiplayer in games and watch Youtube or whatever but the 'Games with Gold' Feature is unavailable with Gold Trial.

    Because if they're silver it'll still say they're online...they just can't access the multiplayer feature.

    Yes, because you pay for the multiplayer feature, not for the device that use the feature.
